Agreement for using GoalRilla

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoalRilla mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by GoalRilla ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GoalRilla, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using GoalRilla on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

•You must be at least 13 years old to use GoalRilla
•You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
•You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
•You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. User Conduct

When using GoalRilla, you agree NOT to:

✕Harass, abuse, or harm other users
✕Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
✕Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
✕Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
✕Use automated tools or bots without permission
✕Spam or send unsolicited communications
✕Collect or harvest other users' information

4. Service Description

GoalRilla provides:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on GoalRilla ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for your User Content and must ensure you have the right to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Intellectual Property

The GoalRilla Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by GoalRilla and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of GoalRilla is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

GoalRilla offers a free tier with core features. No payment information is required for free accounts.

Premium Features

Premium features may be offered later through approved platform billing. Prices and features are subject to change with notice. Any subscription terms will be shown before purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store through which you purchased (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or always available. We are not responsible for any content posted by users or third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoalRilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or $100 if you haven't made any payments.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoalRilla and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
